Reed Hagmann was promoted to President of Capitol Office Solutions in April 2014. Prior to assuming this role, Reed worked for Connecticut Business Systems (CBS), Capitol’s sister company, from 2005 – 2014. Reed held various leadership roles within CBS, including Senior Vice President of Sales. He played an integral role increasing revenue by over 100% within CBS. Reed graduated from Colgate University where he was captain of the Men’s Tennis Team.
As President of Capitol, Reed is committed to helping companies optimize their workflow through leading edge technology and document management solutions utilizing the COS360.
Mike has served as CFO of Capitol Office Solutions since January, 2004. He has over 40 years of financial business experience in various executive positions with several companies, in both corporate and operational capacities. Mike was inducted as a Global Imaging Leader in 2005, being recognized as a stand-out leader who envisions innovative solutions and effectively manages and executes operational strategies.
Mike has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware. He earned his public accounting experience with Price Waterhouse & Co in Philadelphia, is a member if the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and is a CPA and CGMA. Mike served in the U.S. Army as a 1st Lieutenant for 3 years.
David Pierce started his career in the office solutions business at COS as a Field Service Technician and worked up the ranks through information technology management and service leadership. He brings over 20 years of industry and customer service experience to COS and has a strong understanding of what it takes to provide outstanding customer service and solution support. David believes that providing great customer service is a team effort, and credits COS’ great employees as being the heart of that effort.

Jim Bloodsworth brings more than 27 years of industry experience in Operations, Customer Support, and IT to COS, with a proven track record for building a strong commitment to process and support to our clients.
Prior to joining COS, Jim was with T Talbott Bond starting in 1988 as IT Manager. They were acquired in 1989 by ALCO Standard. His last role was VP of Finance and Operations for the Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia Marketplace. Jim is a graduate of Calvert Hall College High School in Towson MD and has various programming certifications.
Jim was inducted as a Global Leader in 2006. This distinction honors leaders that have had substantial positive impacts within the company. As VP of Operations at COS, Jim Bloodsworth is dedicated to providing high quality service and support to our clients.
