Reed Hagmann was promoted to President of Capitol Office Solutions in April 2014. Prior to assuming this role, Reed worked for Connecticut Business Systems (CBS), Capitol’s sister company, from 2005 – 2014. Reed held various leadership roles within CBS, including Senior Vice President of Sales. He played an integral role increasing revenue by over 100% within CBS. Reed graduated from Colgate University where he was captain of the Men’s Tennis Team.

David Pierce started his career in the office solutions business at COS as a Field Service Technician and worked up the ranks through information technology management and service leadership. He brings over 20 years of industry and customer service experience to COS and has a strong understanding of what it takes to provide outstanding customer service and solution support. David believes that providing great customer service is a team effort, and credits COS’ great employees as being the heart of that effort.

Sharon joined COS in 2005 in the position of Human Resources Administrator bringing with her over 15 years of experience in the HR field while working for a subsidiary of Fuji Photo Film. During her tenure with COS she has been promoted a number of times and has been recognized for her leadership capabilities. She currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources and has the responsibility of all facets within HR including benefit administration, compensation, recruiting and onboarding, employee relations and development. She is passionate about her supportive role to our employees and to COS.
Tina began her career with COS in 2003 as an Account Executive in Washington DC. She was awarded Global Imaging System “Rookie of the Year” in 2004 and in 2006 took on the role of Learning & Development Manager. In 2008 she moved into Sales Management and is currently the Vice President of Sales for our Maryland branch. Tina has a passion for developing our sales talent and watching them achieve their career goals. She studied Corporate Communications at the College of Charleston.
Kevin joined COS in 2002 as a Commercial Account Executive in our Virginia office and has held several leadership positions including Branch Manager & Major Accounts Manager for COS. In 2007 Kevin was named a Global Leader by Global Imaging as recognition for his outstanding performance in sales and team building. Kevin left in 2011 to start a technology company in the DC Metro Area and later rejoined COS in 2015 Kevin as the Director of Sales for Virginia and in July of 2016 was promoted to Vice President of Sales. Kevin has a passion for technology and helping clients and employees reach their fullest potential. Kevin has a BA in English from Ithaca College.
Dan joined COS in 1999 as an Account Executive in the Washington DC Marketplace. During his time in sales, Dan was a consistent President’s Club winner and earned the COS Sales Executive of the Year award multiple times. Over his 18 years as a proud member of the COS family, Dan has held several leadership positions including Director of Major Accounts and Executive Director of Sales for DC and our Managed Print Services Program. Dan was promoted to Vice President of MPS Sales in 2017. Dan is passionate about consistently delivering a world class customer experience through our COS360 Assessment Methodology; enabling our partners and future partners to align their technology with their business initiatives. Dan earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from University of Maryland College Park.
Jill joined COS in 2012 and is currently serving as its CFO. She is a Certified Public Accountant and has more than 20 years of financial and accounting experience in a variety of corporate and operational capacities. Since arriving at COS, Jill has designed and implemented policies and procedures that have solidified the finance department. Jill has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Eastern Illinois University.
With over 15 years of industry experience, Matt has held key positions within accounting, service, and operations management at various organizations within the Washington/Baltimore marketplace. Matt joined the COS team in 2013 and has built one of the best performing operations departments within Global. Matt brings a strong passion for customer service, process improvement, teamwork, and logistics. Matt holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management from Johns Hopkins.
